Intervention

Intervention is the first step in changing the tide and bringing your family back together. We consider an intervention successful when your family members have agreed to move forward and seek continued help. Our goal is to provide successful interventions and carefully develop a sensitive and thoughtful treatment plan to our families. We recognize that each situation must be approached differently because no two families or people are alike. There is no special formula that works for all families.

We strive to help your family return home and continue treatment locally. However, your teenager’s problems may be best addressed in other treatment settings. If the evaluation finds that your teenager would be best served with ongoing treatment outside of your home, we will provide specific guidelines as to the services they need. Please understand that some of the problems your teenager is experiencing could become chronic conditions that will worsen over time if you do not follow treatment recommendations.
